Place the heel against a wall on a sheet of paper. Mark the longest toe. Measure heel to toe in centimeters. Match it with the size guide on the product page.|Do Hopup shoes suit wide feet?

Yes many pairs have roomy toe boxes and flexible uppers. If the foot is extra wide choose the next size up.|Do the shoes need breaking in?

No. The builds are light and flexible so comfort starts on day one.

Breathable canvas or cord uppers with anti skid TPR outsoles and antibacterial EVA foam insoles. All builds are vegan.|Are the shoes eco friendly?

Yes. We focus on breathable canvas and durable construction that lasts longer for growing kids.|How do I wash the shoes?

For most pairs wipe with a damp cloth for daily care. For deeper cleaning remove laces and insoles if possible then hand wash gently and air dry away from heat. Do not machine dry.|Do the shoes smell after play?

Antibacterial EVA foam helps keep odors in check. Air dry after sweaty play for best results.

Major cards are accepted. Cash on delivery is available on eligible Indian pincodes.|Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel before dispatch. Once shipped please accept delivery and place a return request if needed.

Yes. Shipping is free on prepaid and COD orders with full pincode coverage.|How long does delivery take in India?
